Question about the QM1A

Now this has been bothering me for the past few days, cause this doesnt really make sense to me

 

Recently, i've seen QM1A buses along delancey street, bus numbers 3110, 3109, and 3112. As I remember, there were never any express bus routes over the willy B. And bus operators usually park the buses there around the midday rush. Unless im missing something here, where exactly does the QM1A run?

The Willy B is an alternate route back to Queens hence the MTA Bus MCIs on Delancey St.
