lawkev Posted May 3, 2013 Share #1 Posted May 3, 2013 Hi, I am on a bus operator list and I recently got a ticket for tailgating. It was reduced to unsafe driving and no points. I know the MTA has a four point max rule. I have no points and two moving violations in the last three years. One is for unsafe driving. Will this disqualify me from driving a bus? Does the MTA have a limit on moving violations in the last three or five years? I drive trucks and trucking companies limit the amount of moving violations you can get in a three or five year period. Is the MTA like this? Thanks
