LIRR 154 Posted November 13, 2013 Share #7 Posted November 13, 2013 I don't understand the logic of the MTA "NOT" giving benefits to part time drivers. The benefits are more important then the pay they are giving. A quick question do they at least give part time people the chance to move up to full-time? Also how did the TWU allow this? The part time portion is for Spring Creek depot only which their unoin is ATU.

KingNas Posted November 18, 2013 Share #10 Posted November 18, 2013 I'm out of spring Creek and as far as I know, MTA BUS depots that are ATU don't get the same pay as NYCT depots. Pay rate for part time is the same as that notice and same for full timers that start up.
