It's the "family business" so to speak-- except nepotism does you no good here! (My relations are retired anyway.) I took the test like everyone else, and I'm hoping to get on the job this year.I lived in NYC for 21 years before moving to New Jersey. It's OK. But NJ Transit has nothing on the good ol' TA! People around these parts find it odd that I didn't even have a driver license until 19. Didn't need one in NYC! Out here though, I gotta drive just to get a pack of cigarettes. From this forum, I am looking to gain some insight into the TA employment process. Eventually, I hope to be posting as an employee. Thanks.
