Ok, I went to the open house for Assistant Conductor

1. The vocabulary part was easy and very clear

2. The logic part was ok, Clear to understand

3. Now the Cognitive part, This part was horrendous

Rules - W is constant

Upper case is the same

Lower case can be numbers

punctuation never changes

Then the next question is the same as above and then says next to it (No Rules)

Ex. Wbbbww then you have to choose an answer like wb2255cc - Wc2255cc - W223sdd

Your like what the hell.

4. The final part is the Logic part - it was just flow charts not that bad.

The worst part was the Cognitive part. This part of the test should be omitted. It serves no use, There was nothing in this test that is useful in becoming  an conductor on a train.

I would advise anyone thinking about this job to find something else. They gave the worst test I ever had taken.

I would not waste my time, out of 125 ppl about 10 passed, Extra high fail rate. after seven times to pass the ass conductor test in the end you loose your job. That sucks if you have a family. The way they run is not very family oriented
