Fred G 63 Posted August 10, 2008 Share #1 Posted August 10, 2008 The Moodna Viaduct is a fun part of the Port Jervis line, just a short drive southwest of Newburgh. It's about 3,200 feet long and is single tracked and is a lot of fun to view and photograph, too. I hope you enjoy these: Thanks for looking. your pal, Fred

metsfan 2 Posted August 11, 2008 Share #8 Posted August 11, 2008 You won't be sorry, Andy. I was thinking of returning for fall foliage fotos. Wow, great idea, i think i found a new "for fun" trip! I'll be going up there a few times now that the idea strikes me, changing leaves, totally and especially after some snow!!! From hoboken how long is the trip there & back (photos from the train only for me), and how long do you think the trip would be from trenton round trip? I don't have a :pvl: schedule so i cant' check for myself, plus i'm sure it'll change, what's your experience? - Andy
Fred G 63 Posted August 11, 2008 Author Share #9 Posted August 11, 2008 Actually, it's on the Port Jervis line and the PDF timetable is here. I have no personal experience riding on this line so I can't add anything.

aemoreira81 981 Posted August 16, 2008 Share #17 Posted August 16, 2008 Great...the only thing missing is where Michael Clayton's car (from the movie---this scene took place under the viaduct) blew up.
