MHV9218 Posted June 16, 2013 Author Share #8 Posted June 16, 2013 Just been informed that that was bus 5615 that burnt down. I went by there a few minutes ago, bus is gone but there's a whole lot of DD50 on the ground.

I saw a bunch of those Xcelsior buses along the Concourse a little while ago. The rest were LFSA's.

Cait Sith Posted June 17, 2013 Share #18 Posted June 17, 2013 5615 was a real runner back when it was at 126 and it had gotten some much needed TLC at Quill. It was also one of the last D60s at the time along with 5644 to have those Siemens Automated Announcements. From looking at the other photos posted elsewhere, this one will come back in due time. MHV9218 Posted June 29, 2013 Author Share #20 Posted June 29, 2013 Followup to this with a photo from Bobby Williams. Looks like 5615 will need a new engine and some internal work, but the exterior of the bus is in remarkably good shape.
