My main favorites.

TMC RTS-06 8600 series, too many to list because they all kick ass. The 8000-8500 series were crap when they got repowered to an S50 EGR.

TMC RTS-06 CNGs from Command, those had the serious leans on them.

NovaBus RTS-06 of all series, especially the 8700s. Great buses

Others

NovaBus LFS Articulated, very solid bus, takes the bumps & potholes like a champion

MCI Classics EXCEPT from Green Lines, the Green Lines buses were the WORST!!

All the MCIs from the DL3 to the current D4500CTs.

The 1000 series & 5200-5400 series New Flyer D60HFs, they are pure runners and they roar their asses off...

The New Flyer C40LFR, they sound really awesome and look good as well.

Designline "Citibus" Eco-Saver IV Hybrid, it was something different and unique for the city, very solid bus as well.

Orion V CNG 7254, 9865, 9869, 7217, 9995, 8573, 8581-82 and LIB 1613 & 1693, great CNG buses that haul some serious ass along with a whole host of others.

As for the Orion Diesels & OG HEVs/CNGs....eh, gotta sort out which ones are good and which ones are just terrible. So far, the good ones I can list are 6339, 6340, 6253, 677, 666, 678, 5981, 6305, 6309, 6315, 6040, 6048, 663, 6133, 7587, 7651, 7774, 6687, 6742, 6695, 6661 & 6675 for now.

My Favorites are...

1)RTS, the GMC/TMC/Novas, If I ever get to ride the MTS ones I would most likely like those too

2)C40LF

3)MC12, bus was the icon of Greyhound in the 90s, I have yet to ride one though, and sadly, most likely never will.

4)MCI D4500, just a great bus all around! So much swag!

Also, anything with a Cummins ISL/Allsion B400 powertrain. I was a big time Detorit Diesel foamer until I rode a 1700 out of LI Bus with a fast driver... the rest is history....

The order of this list does not reflect my preferences, they're all good buses to me! :(

Orion VII Next and Third (if I'm not mistaken those are the latest to generations of 'em before Daimler shut down Orion, right?), New Flyer Xcelsior XD60, NovaBus RTS and NovaBus LFS Articulated are my favourites.
