Previous Pass #'s and NYCERS Tiers

2 Questions:

 

If you were hired previously and resigned would you have the opportunity to retain your old pass number if you were rehired to the same agency or will the agency make a difference?

 

After being rehired would you be reinstated under your previous NYCERS Tier or Tier VI ?

No one will give you accurate info here, call HR

why you resigned, were you forced, same agency but position is the same .....

With out knowing all of these answers no one will know except HR

Yeah that is possibly true. I appreciate you responding though. I have gotten different answers from staff @ 180 just figured someone else might have had a similar experience or knew of someone who did.

 

Not forced at all it's just procedure to resign if you don't qualify for the DMV test in the allotted time. The resignation even says yes where it asked to recommend for rehire so thankfully that's not an issue.
