There should be an international law stating that countries cannot refuse to take back their own deported citizens. Unbelievable. These criminals should have just been given the death penalty rather than be set free. The Eighth Amendment should not apply to these monsters.

If they're citizens of a certain country that country should be forced to take back its citizens. If I got arrested in some other country and ordered back to the US, and the US said they didn't want me back, don't you think that would be a big deal?

What we should do is put them onto planes back home and let the customs agents in their country deal with them. If they are sent back here after, let the countries pay for doing that, back to jail for them for attempting to reenter the US, or another option not involving jail could be to ban airlines from knowingly transporting these people back, possibly revoking their authority to operate to the US if they violate the ban too many times. That way (with option B) it's completely in the country's hands what happens to the guy, not our problem anymore unless he's illegally sent back in that case we potentially take action against the airline. Would also test how much of a damn these countries actually give a damn about their own citizens.
