FamousNYLover Posted December 25, 2013 Share #1 Posted December 25, 2013 I was wondering anyone here watched movie in Roosevelt Field Mall's AMC Theater? I heard from Yelp that movie theater is bad. Should I should take chance to try out Roosevelt Field Mall's AMC Loewes Theater? I'm doing petitioning on NICE Bus, so I want to test out Roosevelt Field Mall movie theater. I plan to watch Frozen 3D myself, but not tomorrow. Is anyone has suggestion for me?

Truthfully I'm not familiar with the specific theater at all, but chainwide AMC offers discount admission of $6 or so (I think 3D is $3 more) for all showings before 12pm, everyday. If you go in the morning it should be good if not better than usual not only because you save money but also due to less crowds. Take care, best of luck, and enjoy your holiday. FamousNYLover Posted December 26, 2013 Author Share #3 Posted December 26, 2013 I tried the movie theater today at 1:45pm "Walking with Dinosaur" in Auditorium #8, which is lucky number in Japan. It was clean, only thing movie ran 15 minutes late. It was great movie.
peacemak3r Posted December 27, 2013 Share #4 Posted December 27, 2013 8 is a lucky number in almost all Asian cultures, not just Japan. Anyways, never personally went to the theater at Roosevelt, but I've heard it was okay at best, not mind-blowing.

67thAve Posted December 27, 2013 Share #6 Posted December 27, 2013 Personally, I prefer the movie theatre in Malverne. It doesn't have the same commercialized stuff as every other theatre on the island.
