This morning, according to announcements, there was a power outage somewhere along fulton st IND going manhattan bound, backing up all (A) and (C) trains going into Manhattan from Brooklyn and Queens. When it first happend I was at Utica Ave and then the (A) switched to the local tracks but took forever to continue onwards. My destination was Jay St, anyone know about what caused the power outage and where was it along the line?
