Is that broken wooden tie at Woodside?

Yeah that was what we were discussing when we were all looking at it at 61st St/Woodside before the photo was shot. Its only one tie however on the middle express track, we did not see any other splintering wooden ties. I'm sure that will be addressed by track division with the next midday, overnight or weekend GO. That should be a quick fix. From a worker on track division: simply unclip the ties, jack up the rails, slip a new one in, reset clips, done. No entire panel replacement needed unless they choose to.
