Valley Metro Via Phoenix

[Brighton Local 703]

I attempted to photograph Test Trains on the new Phoenix Valley Metro Light Rail, but Failed. Last night, a mjor storm ripped thorugh Phoenix and Tempe, and most of the line was covered with Debris. I drove next to the entire 20 Mile Light Rail, looking for signs of Test train Service, and found nothing. So i came back to Phoenix, and walked around grabed some Bus Shots.
