Nope, they won't be cleaning the converted sets, just installing whatever CBTC stuff they need and throwing it on the (7).

I saw R62A #1821 - #1825 / #1826 - #1830 today on the (1)... lil confusion anyway I have ... Then why is R62A #1831 - #1835 / #1836 - #1840 on the (6) at Westchester Yard... While R62A #1821 - #1825 / #1826 - #1830 at 240 street Yard on (1).... I maybe wrong that mean R62A #1831 - #1840 will be transferred to 240 Street Yard on (1) from Westchester Yard (6)..

1826-1830 was that one oddball that was never sent to the (7). Weird how 1821-1825 is now on the (1). The LEDs are pointless for that line.

BTW Corona does a really good job taking care of the trains. All they're missing is some Goo-Gone to remove the adhesive marks left by slap tags. I gave this vandal report on FB, but I guess I'll give it here as well:

Vandalism Report:

Trains with no vandalism ever spotted:

7844-7854 7860-7870 7877-7887

Detailed report:

R188 7811-7821: Within the first 30 days, scratchiti on 7818. Can not confirm if it has been removed or not.

R188 7822-7832:

Sharpie tag on the logo of 7832: Has since been removed. Sticker tag on 7823 (?). Not removed.

R188 BLUR (7833-7843):

Sharpie tag(s) on 7839, 7834. Should have been removed.

Dry sticker marks on 7834, and an unknown car.

Tag on cab door of 7843, that says "BLUR" and looks as if they tried removing it but failed.

PICTURE- TAG LOCATED IN BOTTOM RIGHT

R188 7844-7854: Clean!

R188 7855-7859, 7871-7876: Sticker tag on 7856. It was recent, but I'm not sure if it has been removed yet.

R188 7860-7870: Clean!

R188 7877-7887: Clean

R188 7888-7898: Half peeled sticker tag on 7894. Also sticker tag on 7896.

It seems as if stickers are giving most of the troubles. Sharpies always get removed... But they need GOO GONE!

To add to your vandalism report, the "No Exit" sticker on the cab door of 7837 has been peeled of completely. 7849 and 7881 look good, those are the two other cars I rode yesterday. I saw an R188 with an orange sticker on the door but didn't catch the car number. I'm not sure if it was 7811-21's set. Might have been 7818.

Slightly OT, but again, Westchester is REALLY letting the 142A's that they know are going to be converted fall apart. If it weren't for the AC motor noise, I would think that I was riding in an R32, the way some of the brakes on the B cars are screaming up and down the (6)

Shouldn't be much of a shocker anymore , Its a mentality that it's Corona's issue now why should we maintain the trains that we are loosing its not our problem... their main focus is on maintaining their R62A's and few remaining R142A's...

Bro......are you a good Corona <7> keeper/tracker like Papi (me) here? ?? Lol good work! Is that also your homeline?

Besides that, I guess the sharpie on the logo is gone by now. Any report of that set or update on the sharpie report?
