MysteriousBtrain Posted May 29, 2015 Share #5201 Posted May 29, 2015 That R142 waa likely a fill in for a delay in service; I saw a R142 at 3rd Avenue and 138th Street heading to Pelham in 2013 or 2014 and as soon as that run was done, it was NIS and headed down to Brooklyn or Bowling Green.

Tech And Transit Posted June 12, 2015 Share #5222 Posted June 12, 2015 I found 7381-7916-7390 in service today and 7916's right side doors would not open at all. Either an employee forgot to unlock them or they just don't work. At Vernon, Hunters Point and Court Square, the doors didn't open and passengers had to cross to 7390 or 7389 to exit. I alerted the conductor at Queensboro Plaza. Not sure what happened to the train because I didn't stay on Flushing long after that.
Javier Posted June 12, 2015 Share #5223 Posted June 12, 2015 You caught that to? I told the conductor the same thing, but either he didnt hear me or he just thought i was a tourist.

Tech And Transit Posted June 17, 2015 Share #5225 Posted June 17, 2015 I caught 7391-7400 with 7917 in service today. Rode it only a little from Flushing to 90th Street. At Flushing about an hour later, 7399 had a door problem before it left. I think the problem was resolved though.
