I actually didn't really mind the addition of the circle/diamond local/express indicators. Well, the idea behind them that is. I'd prefer an entirely new design of the side signs that incorporates these kinds of indicators rather than the ad-hoc approach we got.

what anyone seen the R188's with the LED rings lately? Seems as if they disappeared.

Unfortunately, the set that got them installed still has them. However, no other sets have gotten them since which is a good sign. Also, when Corona replaced 7505's display with a new one, they didn't put a new LED sign over it. I wish they would take them out entirely.

Reduced crowing on the Lex 4/5/6 is something you will never see as long as the Second Av Subway is never built.

Excellent point. The (W) is making a comeback by Nov 7.

Let's not forget that only a third of it will be open.

2071-2075: Corona to Westchester.

Before the move to Pelham, this set is going to 207, then 2071 will be converted to a 5-car set.

Remaining R62A on the (7), only 1 set remain

1901-08, 1910, 1926, 1934, 1938-1939, 1942, 1954, 1957-60, 2091-5

What happened to 2081-2085? Is that at Westchester.

That is correct, I saw it in service today. 2081 does indeed still have a half cab. Whoever reported that a set went to Westchester must have meant 2071-75 or 2091-95.

2081-2085 was actually sent to Westchester but for whatever reason it came back to Corona last Thursday.

2091-2095 is still out of Corona. I rode that set last Friday
