A lot of operators will gladly swap 40's for 45's (if they have the yard space and garage capacity for them) and enjoy the extra passenger capacity. I have confirmed hits on AutoCheck (vehicles with history) through serial HP014509 - which would be 17184 - which would be exactly 184 buses in this year and the previously stated total of 64 for Academy (17121-17184).
