All the Academy buses have been delivered and most have been inspected (19064 and 19066 have not). I haven't seen any down around the Toms River area so I'm guessing the northern terminals (Perth Amboy in particular) should be getting the bulk of them.

As MCI is on their traditional Christmas break (three weeks), I don't expect any more new buses until at least February.

Wayne Garage has now some of the newer MCIs. They have bus 17185 which was on bus route 193 this rush hour morning. I saw bus 19070 on 190X New York Exp by my house this morning. I've checked "My Bus" and so far they have buses 19068 and 19072 which was on bus routes 192X and 197 respectively. They sounded crisp. I'll keep my eyes peeled for more coming in

My numbers may be off by one because of a missing VIN for the Trans-Bridge portion of the order, which would give them only 6 buses, which seems correct. By my count, through 19096 is on the property. There is a new block of VINs which if they belong to NJ Transit would take them to bus 19115.

I'm guessing NJ Transit - Wayne Garage will take all of those new VINs to bus 19115. Bus 19091 was on bis route 192 this morning.

Confirmed all this info on the 19000's today.

19001-19030 are Rockland Coaches
19031-19037 are Trans-Bridge Lines. They did get 7 buses, one more than they were scheduled to get. Both 19031 and 19037 confirmed on the Trans-Bridge Lines app.
19038-19067 are Academy. 19051, 19056 and 19057, possibly also those buses in between, are running out of Toms River. The higher numbers are running out of Westampton.
19068-19097 are running out of Wayne Garage. Some buses of this batch received their state inspections at Newton Ave. Garage.
19098 delivered but I don't believe it's run in revenue anywhere.
19099-19117 are presumably built but have not been delivered to NJT yet.

Coach 19098 is now running. Seen it on MyBus this afternoon on line 190D. So basically it belongs to Wayne.

As of today through 19108 are inspected and ready to go. The last four buses were inspected at Wayne Garage so I'm assuming that's their assignment.

Dave, do you know which buses that these 19000s of Wayne's are replacing? I still see a good number of Wayne's footy footers roaming around.

Wayne should now be up to 19114. The next six buses in line were inspected and passed yesterday. All assigned to Wayne.

Now all that's missing are the Wayne Garage emble decals underneath the first window curbside near the door. Would be nice to have them on both sides of the buses like MTA. Only one of the 7100s there has two decals on both sides😁

New VINs up for D4500CT's. If they're all for NJT that takes us to 19172.

I wish Market St can get some of those. Sick of their dirty well worn Nabi suburbans. If only you guys see how Market St treats the exterior of those buses purposely and the interior on some. Anyhow, Oradell's MCIs are in bad shape yet still kicking aspalt. They desperately could use those 45 footers at their base on their busy routes to handle capacity issues, but due to the Garages limit space capacity and tight turns it may not be feesible

During Jan’s 2019 board; bus division have received authorization for 85 articulated bus xd60 NFI and have said the first batch should be on the road by fourth quarter of 2019.

Has anyone heard in the latest talk on when the 290 40 foot cruiser order will be placed ?
