Just wondering, according to the current posting:  "Upon commencement of Phase 2, current LIRR employees will officially transfer to the position of Engineer Trainee."

Doesn't phase 2 commencement lead to engineer or is there more training after that?

Thats for internal employees . Internal employees who pass phase 1 will leave their current craft and will become Engineer trainees.

I am still patiently waiting for the phone to ring.  Has anyone heard anything in regards to the pending Phase I class?  Has HR contacted anyone?

Aug. 28th.

Read some of the earlier posts.  My wait time is not unusual.  The class ahead of me had to wait the same length of time with each stage of the process.

It's my turn to wait.  Prepare yourself....

You must have really wanted to get out of that situation in a bad way to leave it before securing this one.

I hope it all works out for the both of us.  This is a great career and more than worthy of some sacrifices.

Hi Fellows,

I'm glad I found this forum! I am also currently waiting on the results from the interview that I had in mid November.

By the way, how are y'all studying going?
