Around 7:30 or so. Its not on just one set trip anymore, supposedly it goes out on whatever trip during the PM rush so good luck finding it.

Go to shea stadium/willets point station on or LIRR. The depot is located right next to the corona yard. There's a walkway between the subway station and LIRR.

 

LIRR doesn't stop there often when shea isn't used, but the and stop there 24 hours a day.
