(Should point out, I liked the new lighting style of the 97-99's, ⦅and the carpet seats of the later ones⦆ while the older ones are pretty much the same as the original '81 model inside. Come January 1, 2017 the scheduled active RTS roster will be as follows: 167 1998 Nova's 4934-4940, 4942-4997, 4999-5002, 5004-5025, 5027-5059, 5061-5104 144 1999 Nova's 5105-5120, 5122-5249 January 1, 2018 63 1998 Nova's 144 1999 Novas January 1, 2019 13-15 of the best 1999 series buses will remain and will be scheduled for retirement by years end. The numbers are posted above. 4900-4901, yes. 9350-9369 are 1997 units, 1998 units are from 9371-9699 it was said via memo that it's one of the units retired as the next gens take its place Technically none of that is correct. I'm going according to the date of manufacture via build plates and production records, and not the model year or whatever else is floating around. 5104 was built in December 1998, and 5105 was manufactured in 1999.
