Why are the D60HF buses being reactived?and is only happening in the Bronx?

I believe being how the B35 is being converted to artics they’re giving them their buses now. Which in turn is giving west farms bus depot less artic buses for their own artic routes. On top of that two more of their routes for west farms depot are being converted to artic ops so they are going to need the buses for service. So that’s probably why some of the D60 artics are being put back into service.

What's mentioned. There were units to West Farms that's Jackie Gleasons batch for the B35. There were too many articulated buses in the depot so, they hold off some D60's off of service. As articulated XN-60s slowly make service for the B35, they were short with about 20 units reactivating some D60's to cover service.
