Oh,  then if you didn't get a ticket,  then you really have nothing to worry about.

Inform them of the USPS termination.  If your misdemeanor is sealed,  then its like it never happened. That what being sealed means.

Because I called and Kevin answered and he was like if they find out you can be terminated or w.e so dont mentioned anything that's sealed? I'm just overly nervous lmao

Mention it to them but chances are,  it's no biggie.  They really want to know if you've been convicted of felonies.

If you were never convicted,  then you don't have to worry.  They only want to know about convicted felonies.  But DO tell them of the termination.  Infact,  make sure that is filled out in your "homework".

Ik that felt good. Cause once I got pulled over no seat belt, bus lane on the cell and the cop let me go. From one minority to another. I thought it was my lucky day went to Mohegan Sun and lost $2,700.

Since then I've been real careful when going to casinos lol. 🤣🤣😭

Uhhhh sometimes I'm not sure it does. However I agree don't mention it. I have a sealed not even a misdemeanor a conviction.

Anyway my lawyer got it sealed. I went for a job with the schools as custodian engineer about 6 yrs later. They wanted to see it. I had to go to court and get the sealed record and email them the same. They gave me my license I needed but it was annoying.

So dont mention anything about the misdemeanor if its sealed right or are you saying to mention it cuz I know when I went through the NYPD process they said they can see sealed records and idk if the MTA gets any information of my stuff from the NYPD since I applied for them.

I would concur with Far Rock since he says they only care about felonies. Don't mention it and if they bring it up then just be honest and say it's sealed and you though felonies were all they were interested in.

*Not trying to condone* however, there were classmates of mine who’ve fabricated their previous employment status, missed adding a job or two on the application, and/or entered “unemployed” from x time to x time and 2.5 years later are still employed...*side note; I was told by supervision that they just look at Job history and the consistency and they’re big on an applicant with NO open criminal case(s) pending against them. Nonetheless, Any obvious omission or blatant fabrication could lead up to termination ESPECIALLY legal cases/situations.

Well there's 2 classes coming up. There was the recent April class who (& ouch) all chose to be in the A division, started posting then got called back into schoolcar for retraining for the B division. Rough.

Then there was my class- February. There was the December class before that. So that's 3 that I know of not including the upcoming ovbs

Ok, so there was a class in December, in February and in April...seems to be happening every 2 months or so.

Does anyone know how much people were in these classes?
