TheNewYorkElevated Posted August 13, 2015 Share #1 Posted August 13, 2015 The 24/7 subway service London is waiting for is getting delayed. The launch of the Night Tube (which is September 12th) maybe pushed back due to a series of union disputes and strikes (2 of which in recent events had left Londoners scrambling for alternatives). The Night Tube will provide 24/7 service to the Jubilee, Victoria, and some parts of the Central, Piccadilly, and Northern lines throughout the weekend. The aim is to improve the economy, and allow the system to accommodate to London's nightlife. In the midst in all of this, there have been Reddit users planning to do a sit-in against the actions of the transit unions on the day the Night Tube will be launched. http://www.bbc.com/news/uk-england-london-33889205 https://www.reddit.com/r/london/comments/3gpqaw/allnight_tube_service_to_be_delayed/cu0c177
