No, and the one in the second photo has E rollsigns, on most of the cars, but R rollsigns on 2 of them. All 5 sets are just there at that yard doing nothing. Guess they are waiting for their trip to the Guillotine........

It's not on track level. We enter through the gates at Jerome Ave., to get into the Concourse yard. There is parking that is at track level, and if you park the wrong way, your car will get hit by the trains. The pic does seem as if we are at track level, but there is a slight 4-5ft drop to track level from where the pic was taken......

 

By the way, I was parked next to whomever vehicle that belongs to.........
