And that bus can't be 9748 since 9748 is a white backer and the bus in the video has a black back.

The interior lighting is that of the 1998 (9400) series and later (49-5200) RTS (where the lights are practically in the window), and the PBL's didn't get any of those, but were solidly into Orions by that time, so that must be 9600 or lower.
