In addition, due to a train with ongoing mechanical problems at the 14th Street Station, selected South Ferry-bound trains are running on the express track between the 34h Street-Penn Station and the Chambers Street Station. Please expect delays in service on the(1) , and trains at this time. Why "selected trains". How could any train pass the one that has problems? Let me guess: either interns on duty, or trains run local between those stations, and just make one stop on the express track at 14th St... mark1447 Posted September 24, 2008 Share #3 Posted September 24, 2008 acually the and was suspended from chambers to Atlantic I was on the IRT Lex line going to the bronx when I saw loads of via Lex heading to 241st White Plains and Flatbush...
