let me ask u, where is the best place for those shots? Is there ramp over Shea?

 

Yes theres a ramp arcoss the street from shea studium. From the (7) train station you will see this boardwalk that leads to the park and the LIRR station, just walk on it you will see the yard on your right hand side.
