Via Garibaldi 8 Posted April 6, 2017 Share #2 Posted April 6, 2017 Not may. They're exploring if they can, and if they can they will sue. This was on the news this morning.
46Dover Posted April 6, 2017 Share #3 Posted April 6, 2017 Well, that WAS what David Gunn was trying to do in the short time he was there, unfortunately the political hacks decided that wasn't what they wanted to do and fired him
Via Garibaldi 8 Posted April 6, 2017 Share #4 Posted April 6, 2017 Apparently, the has also requested a meeting ASAP with Amtrak to discuss what is going on and when things will be back to normal. Passengers are extremely frustrated, and who can blame them. Some folks are spending $50.00 a day just to get and to from work since this mess started, and that's likely in addition to their monthly or weekly passes. They still weren't done before the morning rush, causing LIRR to cancel another 10 trains and NJT saw delays as well.
