metsfan 2 Posted October 3, 2008 Share #1 Posted October 3, 2008 http://money.cnn.com/2008/10/03/news/companies/wells_fargo_wachovia/index.htm?postversion=2008100308 I am not looking forward to all the wachovia branches and ATM's turning into wells fargo branded ones. I'm a fan of east coast banks keeping east coast, and west coast banks staying west coast. This in the past has lead to better oversight and a more customer oriented formula. Wachovia board approves merger. - A
Pablo M 201 35 Posted October 4, 2008 Share #2 Posted October 4, 2008 Wells Fargo? Are you serious? This is a joke. And uh, they seemed to had forgot who uh tried to buy Wachovia out.... Good thing I have nothing to do with Wachocha, it was only a small matter of time before they fail after WaMu did. I'm not all that happy either about what happened to Chase, but hell, I'm gonna have to deal with it....
