Washington Av Shuttle Bus to/from Cloisters Museum during the museum hour or have M4 bus rerouted over to stop at subway entrance. Because of backup area in Ft. Tryon Park is not very good for folk to travel alone. When there is shuttle bus bet. Rockaway Blvd and Beach 98th St, it will be wise for shuttle bus to stop at Broad Channel Library and Jamaica Bay Wildlife Refuge by request/flag at bus stop) It makes no sense to walk from Noel Rd- Broad Channel stop to Jamaica Bay Wildlife Refuge.
