Hope it gets signed/passed. I just noticed the comments on that wsj page. You can tell they are american by the lack of fundamental knowledge of mass transit they seem to feel they need to display. Our economy isn't strong enough for demand based pricing. More than just the people who voted in washington use trains. We only have one major passenger railroad in the country. Hopefully the provisions added will encourage regional state run rail transit development on the scale and quality that (NJT) has accomplished or bigger. - A Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
