Cool catch! Also, from the i saw an trian pull into Queens Plaza. I saw some VERY low numbers. 4563-62 were leading the train, attached to the French Connection cars.

That's because the R42's are going from the to the line while the will have R40M.

All of the mods are on the line, theres no more R40M's running on the ( line anymore. As for how many 38's are on the i don't know.
