iGeMiNix Posted September 2, 2017 Share #2 Posted September 2, 2017 Nice, looks like the rollsigns are still the in the brief glimpses in the video unless I'm mistaken.
VIP Posted September 2, 2017 Share #3 Posted September 2, 2017 Why is it 6 cars and not 4?
Via Garibaldi 8 Posted September 2, 2017 Share #4 Posted September 2, 2017 The real shocker is that they're still using those rundown cars. They need to go ASAP.
Kamen Rider Posted September 2, 2017 Author Share #5 Posted September 2, 2017 Why is it 6 cars and not 4? why would you want to stick us with 2 four car trains 24/7 for the next 8 months when six car trains are possible.

That's unusual. The gag is if the MTA retired these R42's like originally planned; how would this M shuttle be operating? With What Equipment? +Young+ Posted September 5, 2017 Share #7 Posted September 5, 2017 Why is it 6 cars and not 4? From my perspective, two reasons: a) To accommodate the Rush-Hour crowd, which will probably start on Wednesday once Christ the King Regional High School is back in session. b) Towards the completion of the second phase, if something happens to a particular R42 set or two, which is not fixable (since those cars are cut off from the rest of the system), they can isolate those cars and work with whatever is left. Depending on the crowd, and the time of day, they could (worse comes to worse) shorten or lengthen the train if they have to.
