I don't follow what you are saying. We are talking about street name signs, not regulatory signs.

Still don't never stand what you are trying to say. The initial caps signs are replacing missing and faded signs, not perfectly good ones.

Don't knOW, but now that I think about it they may be busy polluting the city with 25mph signs.
