A Former New Yorker Posted October 30, 2017 Share #1 Posted October 30, 2017 I Realize That The Hudson Mall in Jersey City Has Very Few Transportation Service Sure The 440 Shopper Which Goes To/From Journal Square But That Bus Barely Comes From What I Heard and There's No Bus From Newark/The Oranges To Hudson Mall. I Made One It Starts at Brick Church Plaza Then Goes Down to I-280 To Orange St and then University Ave To Market St And Down Ferry St (Hudson Mall Bound) Raymond Blvd (East Orange Bound) To Hudson Mall Buses Run Every 20 Min All Day
busdude2 Posted October 31, 2017 Share #2 Posted October 31, 2017 The Hudson mall is a relic from the 70's. Not busy enough to need more bus service other than the 440 shopper. Which by the way is a fair bus service for the amount of people that use it. It is more of a strip shopping center than a full typical mall. Just my opinion. go25 Posted November 14, 2017 Share #3 Posted November 14, 2017 The closest service NJT offers from Newark to that ancient relic, now strip mall, is the 1 from 1&9T/ Communipaw Ave to Journal Square or Exchange Place. The 440 Shopper is perfect for the demand to/from that area.
