Posting a screenshot on Flickr as a signature

Recently I designed a subway sign on Microsoft Word and took a screenshot. I later uploaded it to Flickr to get the URL, but when I post the photo URL into the "insert URL" box, it is denied every time. Can someone please help me in how to post the photo as my signature please?
