Refuse units are on the move to Westchester Yard

I'll take a guess at it: 1901-02-03-1923-1905 new 5 car-set, (1901 & 1905) are the end sets. Saw them at Corona earlier in the rainy day lol.

Now that 1901-1903, 1905 and 1923 are at Westchester, they should make the singles more consistent.

For example:

1901-1902-1903-1923-1905 ---> 1901-1905

1911-1915, 1916-1920 ---> unchanged

1934-1924-1926-1938-1942 ---> 1923-1924-1926-1927-1931

1940-1952-1927-1904-1931 ---> 1934-1938-1940-1942-1943

1943-1944 + 1947-1949 ---> 1944-1947-1948-1949-1951

1954 + 1957-1960 ---> unchanged

1906, 1907, 1908, and 1910 will probably stay at Corona for work service since it's only four singles.

It's nice to see those improvements on most of the classes, but especially on the new techs. There's no reason why the 142As should be anywhere near as unreliable as cars 30 years their senior. It also looks like the Westchester curse is being lifted as the MDBF on the 62As has increased as well. I'm a little concerned about the drop in reliability of the 42s and to a lesser extent, the 32s though, especially since they need to be the clutch cars during the Canarsie shutdown next year.

IMO, it's better having the (6) being all R62As as Westchester can maintain just one fleet class. With SAS on the (Q) , the remaining R142As there are not needed on the (6) and moving it to Jerome helps the Express service during the rush.  Esp. with the A Div. fleet in one place.

Seeing the decrease on the 32s/42s, it's like that they aren't going to use them alot except the rush hour

Also, 2346-50 has a green bar now.
