nkmgraphics Posted January 5, 2018 Share #1 Posted January 5, 2018 Hi, Posting on behalf of my boyfriend who is applying for Car Inspector Exam 8607 which just opened today. I scanned threads and wanted to confirm is the Car Inspector Passbook really is kind of a waste of time since its only Q & A and no study material? I ask because he was an journey level mechanic several years ago (now working as Service Manager for dealerships) and he'd probably want to brush up on a few things. I saw a recommendation for a reading comprehension book from the library. Anything else? I printed out the threads about the practical skills test. Thanks for sharing that information. Thanks everyone! Sarah
Varr Posted March 2, 2018 Share #2 Posted March 2, 2018 Try the passbook. Even though there's no study material, it may still help. Just Google the questions you don't know. The passbook will give you an idea what to expect. Hope that helps
