I believe Jamaica is unable to even handle HEV's because of their size and I believe they can't handle the equipment needed to maintain them. In terms of having Jamaica depot rebuilt, the allocated money for a full replacement of the depot (demolishing the current depot and relocating to another location) but I haven't heard anything new about that idea.

RTS will not see too much more service in the BX beside WF with the TMC that a No RTS Zone u won't see any Nova going back to the BX or MAN.
