Can getting fired from a job when you were 17 affect chances of getting into the MTA?

Hey everyone,

So I was fired back in 2015 for an idiotic reason (me and another girl had a word fight and I got the boot even though she started it), if I apply for any MTA position, will I be rejected because of this one screw up or will they see that I was still a minor and give me a chance?
