For those who will be reporting to Livingston Street in the immediate future, click here for the pre-employment packet (if you need it). The CPD-B booklet is not necessary since this is not a civil service position.

For those of you who are still waiting, you folks might want to check out this and this YouTube video. In addition, if you need help getting your Class B CLP (Commercial Learner's Permit), I would encourage you to check out cristcdl.com, which is free! Remember, the multiple-choice tests you need to take and pass, at minimum, are General Knowledge, Air Brakes and Passenger Endorsement.

i saw it happened to the guy in front of me and was asked to come back while they were processing my papers to be set for the next class 09/13.  

So this means they pick and choose people , if you pass the medical why you don’t go to the next step for paper processing.

Sounds like they on some BS. Just have to wait and see Monday. I don’t like the sound of that.

Damn that’s not right. I just want to move along with this process!

 

I have another question for you all that have recently gone through the Medical and final processing. Did you fill out your I-9 ahead of time or just the OA new hire forms? Anyone been put on medical hold?

Yes I think you’re right, this makes sense, I don’t mind if I’m in the October class, that’s fine too.

Congrats, just got Email today to report thur 9/3 to complete to final phase of the process, fingerprints and photo. Starting the class of 9/13 myself. See you there!

@mertd93 congrats!!! 
 I already have an appointment with a cardiologist, I sent him the ekg and he was disappointed that the doc said there was an issue Since there isn’t one. I already know I have to wait for an October class though, but it gives me time to work out some kinks with school. I’m hype for everyone that’s going in lol.

There’s always something to do at the depot once your run is over ,  you can pick someone else run and drive a few more hrs (don’t do that on your probation time) clean the bus , collect the coins etc just ask your dispatcher . The opportunities are endless to make money there . Good luck 

 

 So if you finished a run, you can ask the dispatcher if they need anything else done around the depot ? thats fantastic.  What do you actually for yard work for busses ?

They need people to sanitize the buses between runs. So daily there is work available to sanitize the buses.
