A former MTA procurement executive has surrendered to face charges he stole $60,000 worth of cell phones from the agency and submitted bogus pay stubs to get a female pal a job, the Daily News has learned.

Angel Barbosa is expected to face grand larceny and filing false paperwork charges in two indictments to be unsealed when he appears in Manhattan Supreme Court on Thursday.

Barbosa was previously fired from his high-paying gig while under investigation for misconduct including for the crimes laid out in the cases.

Prosecutors in the Manhattan DA’s Official Corruption Unit are expected to say he obtained some 60 iPhones through the agency to be resold for profit.

He also allegedly helped to inflate a female pal’s MTA salary by providing fake pay stubs purportedly from a past job, sources said.
