Recommended Posts

I think I accidentally reported 4064 having Version 3 screens.... That bus hasn’t had any screens installed yet however 4063 has Version 3 screens. Apologies.

The transfers on SI are all messed up. Supposedly you can transfer to the S44 along Castleton Ave, the S55/56 in front of the Yukon Depot and many more.

Yeah wordd even some of the transfers are redundant like it needs to be logical not robotic.

What department in the MTA controls stuff like that? I would deadass do an MTA summer internship JUST to fix and modify all of the transfers around the city AND modify all the bus stop exact locations on MTA bus time so they can sinc with the screens. Something SO EASY gets neglected. Unless it's all coding (which I know it's not) shit should not be THIS disorganized.

They can be extremely confusing to newcomers. Especially the LTD stop buses with their incorrect stop lists. Google uses the same data as BusTime for stop locations so let's say someone gets on an S96 from the ferry, they're going to think that it stops at Brighton Ave even though it doesn't.

8401 (JA) has screens. Uncertain of the version. Saw it this morning while driving thru JFK cargo area on layover.

Every 2015-2016 Novabus LFS has Version 2 screens (as far as I am aware of).

7140, 7152, 7154-7155, 7158-7159, 7161, 7169, 7180, 7189, 7256-7257, 7259, 7261-7262, 7265, 7267-7269, 7275, 7277, 7279, 7292, 7296, 7298

If you get chances too, please try to get more rides on these buses from Ulmer Park/Fresh Pond Depots and lookout for any on-board screens.
