Keep an eye out for Grand Avenue’s 2015 NFI XD40s.

7196, 7199-7205, 7207-7209, 7211, 7214-7215, 7217-7218, 7221, 7223, 7225-7227, 7229-7230, 7233, 7235-7236, 7238-7239, 7242, 7244-7247, 7249-7251, 7254 all have screens installed.

7194, 7198, 7213, 7220, 7241 still don’t have screens installed as of recent.

7193, 7195, 7197, 7206, 7210, 7212, 7216, 7219, 7222, 7224, 7228, 7231-7232, 7234, 7237, 7240, 7243, 7248, 7252-7253 (020) are unknown.

Uhhhh I rode 7376 today and I didn't see any info screens on it. I'm pretty sure it was 7376 at least. Memory is a bit foggy since it was several hours ago but it was doing a trip on the Q20A n/b around 2PM.

I ride 2015 NFI XD40s from Grand Avenue without them every now and then.
The process of installing them seems slow. Makes me wonder if they really installed them on ALL 2015/16 Novabus LFS and Eastchester/LaGuardia/JFK’s 2009/10 NG Hybrid units, or if someone just false reported a bunch of buses.

Out of the 2015 Xcelsior XD40 units assigned to Grand Avenue Depot, 7194, 7198, 7213, 7220, 7232, 7234, 7241, 7253 do not have any sort of digital information screens installed at the time (there may be a few others I did not mention).
Does anyone know how the process works? I am wondering if the depot itself sets up the monitors or if the buses are sent elsewhere for the process.

7376 - Version 3

You reported it. LOL. I'm sure it was just an honest mistake because the posts you made before and after (on the same day) are in the Brklyn Division so you may have meant 7276.

Actually, it was 7376. I’ll double check if I get the chance, but I’m almost positive that bus has them installed. I report the bus units the moment I see them.

That's why I'm saying it's most likely an honest mistake because if you report it as you see them, then it wouldn't make sense. 7376 was and has always been a CS bus (Queens Division). You said you rode #7199 on the B62 on the post prior and then reported #7122 after 7376. So, unless you went from Brooklyn Division to the other end of Queens and back, it doesn't seem as likely. It makes more sense that you saw 7276 because that's a FP bus and you may have spotted it at Downtown Brklyn or Williamsburg Bridge Bus Terminal.

Nope, it was a Casey Stengel bus for sure. Also, the B62 transfers to the Q32.
