Coach Cleaners must be vigilant in their daily duties to ensure graffiti and unauthorized advertisements are not present. Some of the physical activities performed by Staten Island Railway Coach Cleaners and environmental conditions experienced are: working in all weather conditions. Must be able to lift a minimum of fifty (50) pounds and carry/maintain tools throughout shift. Staten Island Railway Coach Cleaners may be required to work various shifts including nights, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. (This is a brief description and does not include all the duties of this position.) Desired Skills The ability to multi-task within a deadline driven environment The ability to be organized and detail oriented The ability to follow up as needed Selection Method Based on evaluation of education, skills, experience and interview. I spoke with a station Cleaner at the Richmond Valley Station and he said they should start calling people in by the end of this month. Just curious if anyone heard anything.
