BM5 via Woodhaven Posted August 25, 2018 Share #1 Posted August 25, 2018 New S66 & S68 Timetable Effective September 2, 2018 S66: The 5:30 PM bus from Patchogue to Riverhead will split into two buses in Shirley. From Shirley, the bus from Patchogue will run straight to Riverhead, arriving at 6:30 PM. The bus originating at Camp Upton Road will make all stops in Shirley, Center Moriches, and Riverhead, arriving at 6:45 PM. S68: There is a new branch to the Yaphank Probabtion office. The current 9:00 AM bus from Patchogue will operate via the Probation office. The 1:10 PM trip from Center Moriches will operate via the Probation office. No, it's separate from those "via Yaphank" trips. The trips to/from Center Moriches doing that (which don't serve the Yaphank Industrial portion). Only one PM trip will be serving the Probation office, then down to Bellport, then up to the Yaphank Industrial center, before going to Patchogue. Nope - two different parts of Yaphank, bro.... - The current S68 runs along Station rd (serving N. Bellport) - with a couple trips that then run up to Sills Industrial park in Yaphank... - The probation office OTOH is well east of Station rd, over there off Yaphank av..... The bus map does the S68 too much justice (pun completely unintended; probation office <--> justice)... It'd have you think that all trips run to Ctr. Moriches via Sills Industrial, then via either [Montauk Hwy.] or [South Country rd]....
