So, does anyone know on what the R38 cars will be replaced with out of 207th St Yard, I heard that it could be the R46 cars.

All I can say is R40M/42 on the ....there is too many questions to the retiring trains and we dont got enough ans at the Moment

Yes but there's only 20 or 30 more cars left to go, and I don't think the (A)/© are getting R160s. If the gets R160s then it can shift whatever excess cars after the Phase Is are retired to Pitkin.
