californiarailfan Posted October 13, 2018 Share #1 Posted October 13, 2018 Okay, here's the story, I've been really involved in obsolete media lately. I even fixed up my old Sony Walkman and started making mixtapes again! But, about a month ago I opened a box I thought I'd never find: my old box of VHS subway footage I shot years ago. I thought I lost it when moving (as you can see by the name, I'm no longer a local) So, I found an old VCR, fixed it up and started watching them. But, there are no tapes from the lines I rode the most back in those days, the and lines. I have so many rarities in this collection (must be 15 total tapes, 2 hours each) but nothing from those lines, besides the odd sign in the frame. So, does anyone know where I can find footage of these lines (preferably running R42's, 1988-2008 era) I already searched YouTube high and low, but there's very little on there. Any ideas? robhue Posted October 18, 2018 Share #3 Posted October 18, 2018 There appears to be some footage at Broadway Junction starting at 4:15-ish here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FGMVa0lfoc0 Also, you should totally upload those tapes somehow!
